Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and work in unfamiliar languages, frameworks, or platforms.
- Clear communication skills - you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders without losing the important detail.
- Security awareness baked into how you work, not treated as an afterthought.
Nice to have
- Background in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or order management systems.
- Experience with ERP platforms - custom-built or mid-market.
- Cloud integration experience - REST/JSON APIs, Azure, AWS, or similar.
- Familiarity with IBM Power Systems or other enterprise backend platforms.
- RPG or IBM i development experience, or a demonstrated interest in the platform.
