About the role

  • Directs and coordinates all manufacturing operations to ensure quality on time cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Oversees manufacturing, inventory control, Production Control and Process Engineering.
  • This position typically works under limited supervision and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes methods and measures to ensure high quality and low cost processes are used in support of the business plan.
  • Performs those administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the department, including provision for the selection and development of employees, pay administration, budget administration, employee safety, employee counseling and motivation, organization goals and objectives, and planning, organizing integrating and measuring the work performed within the department.
  • The Senior Manufacturing Manager will also recommend and implement manufacturing policies and programs to guide the Company in maintaining and improving the competitive position of the operations.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with personal computer software.
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple assignments.
  • Directs the preparation of specifications as to quality, quantity, delivery and service required for purchase of plant equipment, supplies and materials to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Nice to have

  • Four-year college degree, or equivalent, in a technical field and/or business administration plus ten years related experience including five years management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Compensation

  • $105,000.00 - $145,000.00 + benefits. ‎
  • The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
