About the role
- You'll work on our innovative modular homes, helping us install and test all-electric HVAC systems, including heat pumps, ERVs (Energy Recovery Ventilators), and the related ductwork.
- We're committed to your professional development and we'll provide mentorship and training to help you succeed
Responsibilities
- Perform performance tests on HVAC systems.
- Work alongside licensed plumbers and electricians as we build our homes.
- Follow all safety protocols and learn about building and energy codes.
- Learn and practice proper refrigerant handling and documentation to maintain EPA compliance.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
