About the role
- This is a hands-on opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys active case management, litigation strategy, and direct advocacy.
- We tackle complex legal matters across 12 practice areas for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to SMBs, empowering our legal professionals to engage in meaningful work that advances their careers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution.
- Review evidence, including customer communications and recorded calls, to develop case strategy.
- Handle discovery and collaborate with in-house legal stakeholders on case management.
- Effectively manage interactions with opposing counsel and advance matters toward resolution.
- Covering North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC, we enable legal departments to drive efficiency and growth and meet the demands of today's business landscape with best in class alterative legal services.
Requirements
- Active Florida bar license.
- Litigation experience, including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy experience.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Compensation
- The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year.
- Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
