  • Provides advanced-level administrative support of a confidential nature for senior executive as a delegate for workload to enhance executive productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience.
  • 5-8 years additional experience as an administrative assistant in lieu of a bachelor's is acceptable.
  • Background and knowledge of research operations preferable
  • Must be able to type 50 wpm.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Healthcare experience preffered.
  • Must have strong business and healthcare vocabulary, knowledge and skill in hospital operations, organizational procedures, policies, and staff.
