- The Mammography Tech is responsible for operating imaging equipment to perform procedures for a specified patient population. This role requires precision, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care in accordance with West Cancer Center's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety methods
- Manage resources effectively, including supplies and equipment
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned

Nice to have
- Certification and registration as R.T. (R) ARRT
- Must obtain certification and registry in Mammography within six months of hire
- State license in accordance with state regulations
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- Basic knowledge of radiographic equipment and imaging procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of radiology information systems (RIS, HIS, and PACS preferred)
