About the role
- The production supervisor is responsible for supervising production associates, Production Assistants and Production Coordinators.
- Ensure safety, proper housekeeping, production, and quality goals are met.
- Maintaining and constantly improving a safe and quality-driven work culture is paramount in this position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production associates, develop team members, coach, motivate and train associates to high performance levels in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a culture that prioritizes and embraces safety first.
- Lead lean processes and continuous improvement.
- Cross-train in other functional areas in order to support the manufacturing facility for special projects and assignments.
Requirements
- Three to Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP
