Responsibilities
- We CARE for our patients like they are our own FAMILY.
- You will also build relationships with community physicians and other referral sources.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
- Provide support to Community Educators and or Community Liaisons referral sources and clients.

- Compliance: Perform workflow and data reporting in accordance with CMS guidelines and ensure compliance with all state and federal referral/intake regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Knowledge of government regulations and private payer practices

- Compensation: Starting at $17.00 an Hour!
