About the role
- JOB SCOPE: No supervisory responsibilities or duties.
- Orients new employees and may provide guidance to contract staff.
- May have to respond to outages quickly during periods of inclement weather. - Works with other personnel and contractors to achieve optimal indoor environments for a variety of uses.

Requirements
- Knowledge of state and local codes that pertain to the positions area of responsibility.
- Ability to analyze problems, interpret drawings and specifications.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others.
- May be required to work additional hours and shifts.
Nice to have
- Graduate of a trade or vocational school with courses in blueprint reading, mathematics and physics and specialized curriculum in HVAC&R maintenance preferred.
Skills
- May be asked to provide basic general purpose maintenance tools.
Compensation
- Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
