About the role

  • We have strategic partnerships with cloud application leaders in human capital management and accounting/finance (ERP) operations.
  • Throughout the project, you are working closing with practice and project managers to ensure customer expectations are met and the projects deploy on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels.
  • Provide configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of Dayforce implementation projects.
  • Document processes and procedures and suggest modifications to current practices if needed to streamline, improve efficiency, and provide consistency across the system.
  • Support development, QA and UAT activities throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ability to create prototypes and proof-of-concept documentation for driving new solutions.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and administration of the HCM solution.

Requirements

  • Proven understanding of databases, advanced reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Ability to influence others with the story you are seeing in the data.
  • Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and SharePoint)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects while producing high quality results.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on target audience.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple projects.
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders, team members while managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to data confidentiality requirements.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed on a limited basis.
  • 3+ years WFM, Payroll or Benefits technical expertise

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in a technical field such as computer science, Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of HCM work experience implementing and supporting HR and Payroll processes
  • Dayforce HCM experience preferred.
