Responsibilities
- Work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the data governance team and stakeholders to maintain data accuracy throughout ingestion and transformation.
- Partner with the development team to gather and translate requirements and conduct QA on the final product.
- Manage user accounts, including roles, permissions, and security settings.
- ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client's business.
- The DA will collaborate closely with our clients to first define what their specific needs are and then to help build those custom data analytics and reporting solutions using our toolset.
- As a demonstrated self-starter, you'll own business processes end-to-end and will lead the identification and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with data analytic tools such as Snowflake or similar tools.
- 2+ years of experience with capturing data requirements and analyzing data.
- 2+ years of experience using software tools like SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office, or similar systems.
- 1+ years of experience using SQL and working with databases or data platforms.
- Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
- Experience with data visualization technologies, such as Power BI, including developing data visualization reports and dashboards.

Skills
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within one or more teams with excellent time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project at hand.
