About the role
- As a vital member of our in-house Legal team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal matters. This position demands a high degree of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid knowledge of corporate law and litigation procedures. You will be responsible for assisting our in-house counsel in the preparation
- and review of corporate documents and contracts, litigation management, maintaining corporate records and contracts, supporting due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including corporate finance transactions, and other tasks, as required.
