About the role
- Write, publish, and update knowledge base articles for a cybersecurity Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
- Work closely with subject-matter experts and other employees across multiple teams and disciplines to resolve questions, provide solutions, and accomplish mutual goals.
- Shape and execute strategy for long-term documentation improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small team to prioritize tasks and set achievable goals.
- Test and document platform features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field (e.g., English, writing, communications, instructional design, software/computer engineering).
- 1-2 years of work experience as a technical writer, preferably in the technology industry or a related field.
- Professional or academic experience with writing, editing, or publishing.
- Proficiency with documentation and publication technologies such as word processing, image editing, and web publishing tools.
- Ability to learn and master new technologies and applications.
- Ability to receive and apply feedback iteratively.

- Ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ask questions when uncertain.
- Research and problem-solving skills for learning and adapting quickly to changes in a fast-paced software release environment.

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is €62,400 - €.
