- We're seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes.
Responsibilities
- Drive lease renewals and execute new leases within the market.
- Implement collection strategies to minimize evictions and delinquencies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Real Estate License and any permits/certifications required by state's real estate commission to engage in property management.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred.
- Experience with property management software a plus.
Compensation
- The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $63,000.00 to $70,000.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
- Additional Compensation
- and a tuition reimbursement program. The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
