Manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

The Senior Production Designer is expected to adhere to scheduled deadlines for reviews and to deliver pristine final files on deadline and maintain all VSA best practices.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on InDesign and Illustrator.
Expertise in presentation production (PowerPoint and Google Slides).
Expertise in Figma.
Experience using Google Cloud applications: Slides, Docs, Sheet, etc.
Excellent design, color and typographic skills.
Ability to maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, team members, peers and managers.

Experience with interactive PDFs and HTML is a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Adept at preemptively identifying problems and devising solutions.
Commitment to high-quality work.
Versatility and the ability to handle multiple projects and re-prioritizations.
Ability to organize information, prioritize, have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures.
5+ years minimum working experience in a creative production role
agency experience is a plus.

They will collaborate with the Producer and/or Project Manager and Creative Leads on projects to execute the creative vision.
