About the role

- You'll help keep the property in excellent condition by handling minor repairs, supporting preventative maintenance, and assisting with larger projects under supervision.
Requirements
- Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks.
- Ability to diagnose issues and identify solutions to maintenance problems.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools.
- Ability to be on foot for long periods, up to 90% of day.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs from time to time.
