Discovery, Delivery & Portfolio Leadership Lead continuous discovery and iterative delivery practices across complex product areas.
Drive prioritization, simplification, and portfolio optimization to maximize customer impact and scalability.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions and improve team effectiveness.

8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or operational software environments.
Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end product initiatives from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and long-term market success.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes into clear product direction.
Deep expertise in customer discovery, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience with manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, connected worker, or frontline operational software a plus.

L2L offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a target salary range of $160,000-$200,000 depending on experience, skills, and overall alignment to the position.
