About the role
- POP MART identifies and nurtures emerging artists and designers worldwide, creating popular character IPs through a well-established IP development and operation system.
- Its portfolio includes iconic IPs such as MOLLY, SKULLPANDA, DIMOO, THE MONSTERS, and Hirono.
- As of the end of 2024, POP MART operates over 500 physical stores and more than 2,300 Robo Shops across 30+ countries and regions.
Requirements
- Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
Nice to have
- More than 1 year of store retail experience, supervisor or leader experience preferred
