About the role
- Trainer to provide services to all levels of users across a client's enterprise - existing and new end-users, peer experts, and super users.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement client system curriculums based on position-specific workflows.
- Deliver content for instructor-led training (ILT) in accordance with enterprise standards.
- Deliver content for Optimization sessions in accordance with enterprise standards.
- Formulate training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specific training needs and effectiveness of such individual methods as individual training, group instruction, over-the-shoulder support, and virtual training.
- Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
- Our highly certified experts build systems that drive efficiency, accelerate modernization, and ensure mission outcomes with certainty.
- Trainer will provide a variety of support services to better enable users in performing their clinical and business support workflows.
Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting computer information systems training, tools, software installs, and upgrades
