About the role
- Reporting di rectly to the Manager, the role of the Portfolio Accountant at QuadReal Property Group is to assist in the accounting and reporting for the Portfolio Accounting group.
- The successful Portfolio Accountant takes full ownership of their portfolio including both technical and non-technical aspects.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the portfolio level general ledger including recurring journal entries ( consolidation entries, accruals, contributions and distributio n to joint venture partner ), and balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Provide support for JV partners' ad hoc inquiries
