About the role
- This service will encompass all duty locations according to the laboratory's needs, or any site indicated by the Laboratory Manager.
- Has agility with use of Lab Information system to efficiently process all specimen add-on and know how to merge orders with proper cancelation with documentation.
Responsibilities
- Performs venipunctures and capillary collection competently and expediently with as little discomfort to patient as possible.
- Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Phlebotomy experience required.
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
Nice to have
- Technical Laboratory Assisting Skills preferred.
