About the role
- The Transportation Coordinator is a critical link in our educational mission, ensuring every student has a safe, reliable, and efficient journey to and from school.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Design and adjust school bus routes to prioritize student safety and time efficiency.
- Operational Oversight: Open the dispatch office, manage daily driver attendance, and provide leadership in the absence of the Director.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate student transport records and utilize routing software to track performance.
- Driver Support: Assist with driver training programs and monitor equipment needs to ensure fleet safety standards are met.
- We are looking for a highly organized, empathetic professional to maintain bus routes, foster strong relationships with families, and support our team of dedicated drivers.

Compensation
- $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)
