About the role

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a 4th-year Computer Science or Software Engineering student (or 3rd-year with relevant experience ) to gain hands-on experience in modern software development practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with React,.NET Core and C#.
  • Experience with AI development concepts and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of GitHub and version control best practices.
  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program.
  • 4th-year student preferred; 3rd-year students with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Located in Ottawa and able to work hybrid.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and planning.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $23 - $28 per hour.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on education, skills and experience.
