- Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. ·
- Several years of experience in engineering management, technical program leadership, or product development within hardware, firmware, or embedded systems environments. ·
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams across firmware, mechanical, electrical, software, and QA disciplines. ·
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, implementation, validation, deployment, and maintenance. ·
- Experience translating business or customer requirements into user stories, technical requirements, and delivery estimates. ·
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
