Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' tax experience in consulting/compliance within public accounting
Minimum of 3 years' of experience in a managerial role involving clients and team members
For existing agreements, a role must be approved and open to external search

Review and prepare corporate income tax provision calculations
Analyze billing and assist with accounts receivable collections from clients
Provide quality client service which includes responsiveness, client ownership, timeliness of projects, and good communication
Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews
Assist with new business development, extended service and tax issue recognition for existing clients
Coach and mentor staff and seniors on client engagements and career path
