- Develops, implements, and monitors the operational budget and its capital expenditures.
- Selects, supervises an d evaluates m anagement and support staff reporting to him/her, delegating them with supervisory authority over personnel assigned to their departments, as applicable.
- Develops, negotiates, implements and monitors all contractual agreements with outside contractors and vendors.
- Assists in development, implements and monitors new programs as developed by the Assistant/Senior Regional Administrator.
- Participates in the agency's and SBHG's Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement systems which support compliance with Joint Commission and other accreditation standards as applicable.

Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or equivalent related field required
- Five (5) years experience in a leadership role in a health care or social services setting required.
Compensation
- Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.
- 145000 - 165000 USD Per Year Working Location:
