Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with riggers, signal persons, and field leadership to ensure all lifting activities are performed safely and effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inspection checklists, lift documentation, and operator records.

- Clark Construction is seeking a skilled and safety-driven certified Crane Operator with experience operating Telescopic/Swing, Lattice, Articulating cranes to support our Federal projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Requirements
- Must be willing to join the local union
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Valid NCCCO (or equivalent) Crane Operator Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rigging practices, load chart interpretation, and safe lifting procedures.
- Ability to read and understand lift plans, equipment manuals, and site drawings.
- Proven track record of maintaining a strong safety culture and working effectively within a team environment.

- You must be able to work safely around heavy equipment and construction traffic.
- You must be able to frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds alone, and use team-lifting techniques for anything heavier.
- Must Read and Speak English efficiently
