About the role
- The Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations is responsible for the Company's global Total Rewards and Operations function.
- This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Alpharetta office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and sales compensation structures.
- Lead or participate in job evaluation, pay structure development, and job leveling initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on reward philosophy, compensation decisions, and program design.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Ability to travel domestic and international
- Education:
- 10+ years of experience in total rewards, including compensation design, sales incentives, equity, and benefits.

- Pay Range
- $195,000 - $205,000 USD
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) a plus.
Skills
- Proven experience managing reward programs in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market benchmarking, incentive plan modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting compensation, benefits, and equity.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and equity administration systems preferred.
Compensation
- $195,000 - $205,000 USD

Benefits
- Oversee equity administration and vendor management, including RSUs, stock options, and other long-term incentive programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including oversight of the PEO relationship, vendor management, benefit plan administration, and open enrollment processes.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and communicate total rewards strategies that support business objectives.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of total rewards operations.
- Manage annual compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive cycles.
