Requirements
- 8+ years of related engineering or management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering work within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Nice to have

- Experience with protection and control panel design
- Knowledge of applicable standards ( IPC, UL, NEC, IEEE, IEC)
- Experience with design-for-manufacturability in panel production environments
- Familiarity with SEL products and applications
- Formal project management training or certification

Compensation
- Data: $136,100-201,100 per year
- Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role.
