Responsibilities
- Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
- The ideal candidate is curious, always seeking to challenge their own assumptions and biases, and back up their decisions with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Partner with users, product and engineering to define and improve processes that enable us to identify problem spaces, brainstorm solutions, identify technical constraints, and ship work more efficiently
- Communicate your design work across the company to get feedback, inspire and excite, and drive forward conversations of what design excellence looks like for us
- Contribute to the growth, organization, and maintenance of our design system and component library
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach to design execution
Requirements
- 5 years of experience shipping impactful product design work; specific experience working on a fintech, data platform or BI tools a plus
Compensation
- $80,000 - $140,000 Annual
