Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle end to end, from intake with hiring managers through offer negotiation and close
- Build and manage sourcing strategy for open roles, including passive sourcing where needed
- Design and coordinate interview processes, including structured interview guides and debrief facilitation
- Manage the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff
- Prepare offer letters and support compensation discussions in partnership with the VP of HR
- Support the VP of HR and HRBP in facilitating performance enablement initiatives, including performance plan documentation, goal setting, and tracking milestone progress
- Partner with managers on initial intake and guidance for workplace matters, ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies
- Support HR leadership on sensitive workplace matters, maintaining high confidentiality and aligning solutions with company policies and local labor laws
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee relations case files
- Support the growing talent pool as the company expands globally, including recruitment and employee onboarding.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in an HR generalist, recruiter, or employee relations role, ideally including full cycle recruitment ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent certifications
Compensation
- As of first day - with employer contribution in a DPSP ( matching up to 4% of base salary)
- Group RRSP (Desjardins): As of first day - with employer contribution in a DPSP ( matching up to 4% of base salary)
