Responsibilities
- Perform targeted financial testing to validate key assumptions
- Build and interpret financial analyses, exhibits, and models used in transaction decisions
- Support diligence on behalf of:
- Create clear, client-ready deliverables that translate data into actionable insights
- We provide support systems and resources that enable each of our associates to focus on what they do best.
- And as an independent company based in the Midwest, we're big enough to write business all over the world and small enough to implement your ideas quickly.
Requirements
- You are pushed to learn quickly
Nice to have
- Active CPA license strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in Big 4 or similar public accounting / consulting environment
- Experience that includes analysis, problem-solving, or advisory
- Strong understanding of financial statements and how businesses operate
- Financial analysis, modeling, or transaction-related work (preferred)
- Working capital, AR, or inventory analysis (a plus)
- Clear, confident communicator who can present financial insights effectively
- Calm, professional presence in client environments
Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000 USD
