About the role
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,200.00 in our highest geographic market.
- Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Responsibilities
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design, and fit.
- Ability to apply and perform design skills such as drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development, and layout.
- Ability to identify opportunities to elevate apparel product through craft, construction, and thoughtful design solutions.
- You are a collaborative teammate who values partnership, communication, and relationship-building.
- You have a passion for apparel design and collection-based thinking, balancing performance innovation with elevated style.
- You are a strong storyteller who can articulate design concepts and translate insights into compelling product solutions.

- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,200.00 in our highest geographic market.
