Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical workstreams and support key strategic initiatives for the closed-end and open-ended funds across our net lease, real estate credit and digital infrastructure strategies

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and current and emerging practice within the industry.
  • Public Real Estate / REITs experience is a plus
  • Undergraduate degree in related fields (Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred) with strong academic record

Compensation

  • It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $175,000 to $200,000.
