This role will report to the Logistics Supervisor and based in Newark, DE.

Team Lead to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
Train and mentor materials team members using a hands-on approach to ensure the team members are able to learn the techniques required to execute the role responsibilities
Responsible for running the material team from a process standpoint and communicating issues with the supervisor/manager as required
Must be able to perform job duties outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) and tolerate environmental exposure for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience leading a team
Experience and certification in forklift operation
Proficient computer skills, including Excel and WMS type systems (Oracle experience preferred)
Ability to work with Bills of Lading and other shipment documentation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships
Must demonstrate safe work practices and attention to detail
Ability to work onsite Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM, flex hours and work occasional overtime as the business requires
