About the role
- This position will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all facilities.
- In addition, this person will be responsible for facilities activities such as office moves, company meetings, event set up, etc.
- Ensure contractors follow safety and cGMP standards
Responsibilities
- The Facilities Maintenance Technician will also identify and maintain store levels of consumable maintenance items to minimize any disruption.
- Maintain all facilities to both internal and external safety procedures and standards
- Identify and maintain store levels of consumable maintenance items
- Coordinate and support office moves, reconfigurations, painting, etc.
- Support contractors performing tasks within the facilities
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a comparable position
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate maintenance in multiple facilities
- Ability to read technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings
Nice to have
- Certified Electrician
- Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
- Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
