Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for a defined territory, from prospecting and discovery through close
- Manage both outbound prospecting and inbound leads to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to develop industry and product expertise
- You'll run the entire sales cycle end-to-end, working directly with law enforcement agencies to deliver technology that improves safety, transparency, and outcomes for communities.
- You won't be dialing for someone else to close - you own your pipeline, your deals, and your commission.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of full-cycle sales experience with documented closing success
- Experience in a quota-carrying, commission-based role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay focused on results
