- Holman Cadillac is currently seeking a highly motivated; customer focused Business Development Consultant to join our Holman family!
- This in-store role is crucial in creating and maintaining a productive relationship between our virtual BDC and the Store to increase sales.
Nice to have
- Facilitate effective TO distribution to Sales Advisors
- Follow-up with TO's to ensure work-flows have been executed
- Review internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly
- Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow up and reporting process
- Be fully prepared for daily appointments
- Confirm appointments prior to arrival time
- Reschedule "No Show" appointments when necessary
- High school diploma

Compensation
- Hourly rate of $26.44 plus monthly performance bonus.

- We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $25.42 - $36.23 USD per hour.
