- Chemours is seeking an EHS Consultant to join our growing team.
- This position will be available at the New Johnsonville Plant location in New Johnsonville, TN.
Requirements
- Participate in and facilitate incident investigations as required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical and or safety discipline
- 3+ years experience in an environmental related field
- Regulatory based environmental knowledge, including knowledge of federal and state regulations, laws, and standards.
- Ability to work independently or in a cross-functional team environment
Nice to have
- The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
- 5+ years of work experience in a role that has involved environmental permitting and compliance with state and or federal environmental programs (RCRA, NPDES, Title V)
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge/experience of highly hazardous chemicals or equivalent military experience
- Regulatory based environmental knowledge, including knowledge of federal and state regulations, laws, and standards and compliance with state and or federal environmental programs (RCRA, NPDES, Title V)
- Sound technical and regulatory based safety and process safety management knowledge, including knowledge of regulations, laws, and standards (specifically OSHA)
Compensation
- $97,843.00 - $152,880.00
