About the role
- Job Description Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed.
- IBT is hiring several Behavior Technicians in the Topeka, KS area.
- Conduct intervention and data collection as prescribed by the client's treatment plan, including monitoring and accommodating frequent program modifications, as well as accurately collecting and reporting data.
Responsibilities
- Submit to occasional fidelity and competency checks conducted by consultants or lead teachers during therapy sessions.
Requirements
- Tutors must have a current RBT credential.
- This position can help you gain experience with neurotypical individuals working on motor, communication, behavior and self help skills!
Nice to have
- Morning, Afternoon, Evening, between 8am-8pm, and some weekends Preferred Qualifications College educated and degree-seeking candidates Experience working with individuals with autism RBT credential at the time of hiring
Compensation
- $15k-$21k
