About the role
- This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working directly with customers, solving business problems, and delivering successful software implementations.
- Working alongside senior consultants, architects, developers, and project managers, you'll help customers modernize their information management processes while gaining exposure to a variety of enterprise platforms and technologies.
- This role combines technical problem-solving, solution implementation, customer collaboration, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Support software deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
- Help create implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Support content migration projects between document management and enterprise platforms.
- Analyze customer data structures and business processes to support migration planning.
- Perform quality assurance, testing, and reconciliation of migrated content.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, business systems analysis, application support, ERP administration, or a related technical role.
- Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
- While not required, experience in any of the following areas would be considered an asset:
- Candidates must be available to work primarily within Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Compensation
- $75,000 - $95,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
