About the role
- Lasko Products, a market leader in home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to join our Shipping team at our Fort Worth, TX distribution center.
- The Distribution Center Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations of a high-volume distribution center, ensuring efficient execution of warehouse processes, inventory control, shipping accuracy, and workforce productivity.

Responsibilities
- Direct and develop distribution center staff through coaching, performance management, scheduling, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency and service levels.
- Manage operational expenses and support budget and P&L objectives.
- Implement process improvements that enhance productivity, shipping performance, and overall warehouse efficiency.
