About the role
- These roles will collectively support a mission-critical program delivering performance analytics, evaluation, and decision support to DHS intelligence leadership.
- Team members will collaborate closely to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance mission effectiveness across the homeland security enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Leads data gathering and analytical activities to support project objectives and decision-making
- Designs and conducts qualitative and quantitative research to inform program insights and recommendations
- Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets to organize, manage, and analyze data sets
- Creates process flow diagrams and visual representations to document workflows and improve process understanding
- Delivers training sessions and facilitates knowledge sharing across client and project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis or research
- Basic proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- BS degree from an accredited university math, science, or data analytics
