Your Team, Your Impact Marvell is seeking an accomplished and visionary executive to serve as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Multimarket Business Group (MBG).

Own full P&L accountability for the MBG, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share leadership across all product segments.
Partner with the COO and executive leadership on portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning.
Champion the product roadmap and technology investments necessary to maintain and extend Marvell's competitive position across Enterprise networking (switches, PHYs), Carrier infrastructure, Server OEMs, and Storage controllers and Processors.
Drive alignment between engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure world-class product development and timely time-to-market execution.
Develop go-to-market strategies that differentiate Marvell's solutions and deliver measurable customer value.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of product managers, engineers, and business development professionals.
Set clear organizational goals, establish accountability, and drive a performance-oriented culture.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the semiconductor or adjacent technology industry, with demonstrated success in a general management or P&L leadership capacity.
Deep domain expertise across two or more of the following markets: Enterprise networking, Carrier/Telecom infrastructure, or Data Storage.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and margin improvement across complex, multi-product portfolios in a highly competitive environment.
Experience managing globally distributed teams across engineering, product management, and business development functions.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline required.

MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.
Prior experience at a leading fabless semiconductor company with demonstrated knowledge of the fabless business model.
Track record of successfully integrating acquired businesses or managing portfolio rationalization initiatives.
