About the role

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving alignment and actions to accelerate progress
  • Represent the Office of the COO in cross-functional forums, driving alignment and accountability across teams
  • We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • In this highly visible role, you'll help shape strategic priorities, lead planning and operating rhythms, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve execution across Crunchyroll's global media and direct-to-consumer business.
  • Drive strategic planning and roadmap development across the COO organization
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and governance mechanisms that improve visibility into priorities, risks, and execution
  • Partner with Finance and People to support resource, workforce, and budget planning
  • Support program for new parents

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence decision-making

Nice to have

  • MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles
