About the role
- Single Point of Delivery Execution (Day ‑ to ‑ Day)
- Act as Yondr's on ‑ site representative for delivery execution.
- Assist with bid management, including RFP processes, vendor engagement, and scope coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, designers, and integrators to maintain schedule and quality.
- Maintain consistent, professional client communication aligned with Yondr Client Delivery standards.
- Interface directly with client Operations, IT, and Security teams to support delivery.
- Support the Project Director in managing client expectations throughout execution.
- Support opportunity pricing estimates and schedule development.
- Pre ‑ Construction & Commercial Support
- Support cost tracking and budget adherence in coordination with the Project Director.
- Manage daily construction activities and delivery sequencing.
- Manage the security installation scope, including coordination of security integrators, device installation, testing, and interface requirements with client Security, IT, and Operations teams.
- Design, Submittals & Controls
Requirements
- Data hall fit-out experience with liquid cooling and security systems scope desired.
- Proactively manage and resolve delivery issues in the field, escalating where required.
- Participate in client, vendor, and coordination meetings as required.
