Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial heavy mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines to meet client and company objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or safety.
  • Forecast financial impacts and proactively adjust project plans to maintain profitability.
  • Lead and direct union workforce, ensuring productivity and adherence to labor agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade unions, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain regular communication and reporting with senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, change orders, and project scope modifications.

Requirements

  • ✔ 5-6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the heavy mechanical, industrial, or commercial construction sector.
  • Modesto, CA 95350 (Required)

Compensation

  • $90,000-$120,000.
