Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial heavy mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines to meet client and company objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or safety.
- Forecast financial impacts and proactively adjust project plans to maintain profitability.
- Lead and direct union workforce, ensuring productivity and adherence to labor agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with trade unions, vendors, and suppliers.
- Maintain regular communication and reporting with senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, change orders, and project scope modifications.

- ✔ 5-6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the heavy mechanical, industrial, or commercial construction sector.
