Responsibilities

- You'll shape our technical decisions, own major parts of our product, mentor your teammates, and push yourself in ways you might not expect.
- Drive High-Performance User Experiences
- Architect and build scalable solutions handling thousands of customer conversations daily across integrations like Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce.
- You'll leverage cutting-edge generation pipelines to deliver rapid insights, accurate analysis, and meaningful customer interaction scoring.
- Own the development of realistic, interactive training experiences across voice, video, and chat using platforms like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Vapi.
Requirements
