About the role

This customer-facing role combines healthcare billing expertise, consulting, training, and relationship management to help practices streamline workflows, increase reimbursement, and achieve stronger financial outcomes.
Where: Remote, US The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions.

Manage assigned projects and customer engagements to ensure milestones, timelines, and objectives are met.
Document customer interactions, recommendations, and project progress within internal systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High School Diploma or GED required.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

The target base compensation for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Educate customers on healthcare billing workflows, revenue cycle best practices, and effective use of EverHealth software.
Assess customer processes and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reimbursement
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or practice management.
Proficiency with healthcare software applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Deliver virtual training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one consulting engagements for customers and practice staff.
Assist customers with identifying billing issues, troubleshooting workflow challenges, and optimizing billing performance.
Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive communication and consultative support.
