About the role
- This customer-facing role combines healthcare billing expertise, consulting, training, and relationship management to help practices streamline workflows, increase reimbursement, and achieve stronger financial outcomes.
- Where: Remote, US The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects and customer engagements to ensure milestones, timelines, and objectives are met.
- Document customer interactions, recommendations, and project progress within internal systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
Compensation
- The target base compensation for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations.
- Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

- Educate customers on healthcare billing workflows, revenue cycle best practices, and effective use of EverHealth software.
- Assess customer processes and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reimbursement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or practice management.
- Proficiency with healthcare software applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Assist customers with identifying billing issues, troubleshooting workflow challenges, and optimizing billing performance.
