About the role
- Your Impact The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for executing day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Our scalable, integrated solution enables legal departments to easily collect, process and review enterprise data that is relevant or potentially relevant to legal matters.

Responsibilities
- Contracting Support: Assists the sales teams in the creation, review, and processing of customer contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance while collaborating with Legal and Deal Desk teams
- Win to Rev Mapping: Manages the process of mapping closed-won opportunities to revenue recognition, ensuring alignment between sales data and finance systems.
- Salesforce Data Hygiene Maintenance: Regularly audits and cleans Salesforce data to maintain high quality, accuracy, and completeness for reporting and forecasting.
- leads initiatives to re-engineer processes for greater efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams like Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, Accounting/Billing, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal to provide seamless back-office support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- They support the Revenue Operations team's mission ofachieving operational excellence throughout DISCO's customer journey.
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously audits existing workflows to identify bottlenecks; leads initiatives to re-engineer processes for greater efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Regularly audits and cleans Salesforce data to maintain high quality, accuracy, and completeness for reporting and forecasting.
- All employees are expected to proactively adopt and responsibly use AI tools to drive efficiency, improve outcomes, and continuously evolve how they operate in their role
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in operations, finance, or a related area, with exposure to the
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a willingness to learn new technologies

- Experience at a SaaS or technology-focused company
